Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delays

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
